All orders are non-refundable in accordance with DTI Republic Act 7349, also known as the “Consumer Act of the Philippines”, please check RA 7349for further details.
Clients have 24 hours upon receiving the package to inspect the product before completing the transaction. After the 24th hour, no exchange requests shall be entertained.
In the unlikely event that your purchased item has a flaw or that we delivered it incorrectly, you may be eligible to have your item exchanged. We will first investigate your situation before requesting an exchange. We encourage you to record an unboxing video upon receiving your order as a supporting documentation for any claims for exchange.
Returns or exchanges are NOT ALLOWED in the cases described below:
Change of mind.
Worn, sized, engraved or altered.
Damaged products due to improper care and handling.
Late receipt of parcel due to courier delays.
Please take note that the following items will not be accepted for return or exchange:
Made-to-order/Personalized/customized jewelry pieces.
To be eligible for exchange, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it, complete with all of the original packaging. You may exchange the item with another color, size, design, and jewelry type for as long as the replacement jewelry is of equal or higher value. Shipping costs for both the return of the item(s) and the shipment of the replacement item(s) will be shouldered by Sophia Jewellery.
You can attach your supporting documentation and the reason for your exchange request on the summary order page. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. Once your request is approved & the item has been returned, your updated order amount will be reflected on your wallet. Your wallet balance may be used to exchange the product. The cost of shipping is not refundable and won't be included in calculating your updated wallet balance.
In the event that the replacement item has a lower selling price, Sophia Jewellery, Inc will not be liable to refund the price difference. However, if the replacement has a higher selling price, the customer shall pay the price difference as well as any additional shipping costs incurred as a result of the replacement's higher selling price.
To ensure the safety of the item, returns must be sent through our partnered courier. In the event that the customer chooses a different courier, Sophia Jewellery Inc. will not be held responsible for any misplaced or lost packages, as well as any damage caused by the courier’s improper handling.
The item may also be returned to the nearest Sophia Jewellery store. Our empowerment consultant will only receive the item once your return request is approved.
The time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you will depend on where you live and the courier’s delivery time to your specific area.
